  Terms and Conditions

The rates reflect the total cost of the vacation rental. You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed, which is the available beds in the condominium. The condominium comes with the appliances and amenities as listed above. Linen and towels provided. This is a family orientated residential development and children are welcome. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace only. Pets are not allowed. No spring or summer breakers.

 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $500.00 USD is required upon arrival and can be paid with credit card or cash. This security deposit will be refunded upon departure provided we receive the condo in the same condition in which it was delivered. Any damage to the condo or missing items will be subject to additional honorarium.
